Common questions
Does an aroma come with it?
The Presence Anchor arrives dry. This allows you to choose a compatible aroma or perfume that already feels personal to you. Add a small amount to one cotton stick and always follow the aroma maker’s directions.
Can I use my own perfume?
Yes. You can add a small amount of a perfume you already love to one cotton stick. The Presence Anchor carries the scent; it is not a spray bottle. Follow the perfume maker’s directions.
How do I use it safely?
Add a small amount of a compatible aroma to one cotton stick, insert it into the Presence Anchor and close it securely. Hold the closed Anchor just below your nose and inhale gently. Never insert the device into a nostril.
What about shipping and returns?
We ship worldwide from Belgium. Shipping is calculated at checkout. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right where it applies. Hygiene conditions apply to opened or used products. View Shipping & Returns for the complete information.
