Shipping

The Presence Anchor ships dry, from Belgium, as a small parcel. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Prices are in euro (EUR).

Where we ship and what it costs

Rates below are the standard amounts currently configured in the shop. Checkout always shows the live amount for your address. We do not promise a fixed number of delivery days, because that depends on the carrier and on customs when you are outside the EU.

  • Belgium. Standard €7. Express €11. Free standard shipping from €70.
  • Nearby EU (including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland and Luxembourg). Standard €12. Free from €90.
  • Southern and south-eastern EU (including Spain, Italy and Portugal). Standard €17. Free from €90.
  • Eastern EU (including Poland and Czechia). Standard €17. Free from €90.
  • Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway). Standard €19. Free from €90.
  • Selected destinations outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Switzerland and others offered at checkout). Standard €24. No free-shipping threshold.
  • Rest of world, where we offer it. Worldwide (DAP) €24.

EU prices include VAT where it applies. The exact country list for each rate is the list shown to you at checkout.

Outside the EU: DAP

Orders sent outside the European Union are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place). We deliver the parcel to the place you give us. We do not prepay import VAT, duties or clearance fees unless checkout has already collected those charges.

If your country charges import VAT, duties or a handling fee, you (or the recipient) pay them to customs or to the carrier. Those amounts are not part of our shop price. If you refuse the parcel at customs, return shipping and any customs costs remain your responsibility unless the refusal is because we sent the wrong item.

When we send

We dispatch from Schilde, Belgium, after payment is confirmed. You receive tracking when the carrier provides it. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable because the address was incomplete, we will write to you at the email on the order.

Returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused, sealed goods. Opened or unsealed inhalers and used cotton cannot be resold, for hygiene reasons. Full detail is on the Returns page.
