Choose a compatible aroma and add a small amount to one cotton stick. Insert it into the Presence Anchor and close it securely.
Meet the aroma during a state or experience you want to remember. This can happen naturally, or during approximately thirty quiet minutes with music, meditation, breath or silence. Repetition helps the connection grow familiar.
